Let me share with you the ultimate laws of the universe, combining quantum mechanics, psychology, philosophy, traditional Chinese culture, and spiritual growth, all of which are scientific and not mystical! I understand that everyone's spiritual level is different, and I respect that. Whether science or religion, both explain the same universal laws and serve as pathways to enlightenment, rather than strict doctrines to follow; you are the protagonist of your own life.
Unveiling the Truth about the Universe
The universe is composed of fundamental particles, and everything, including you and me, is made up of these particles. What sets the universe in motion is vibration—a continuous accumulation of energy waves. This understanding leads us to the concept that everything is energy, and everything operates on frequencies. Your consciousness, too, is energy, and your thoughts shape your reality. The energy you project determines the type of experiences you attract. So, everything depends on your inner self because everything is a projection of your inner self. What you think determines how things unfold, and what you believe becomes your reality.
How is consciousness formed?
Consciousness is divided into the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. While the conscious mind generates thousands of thoughts daily, it's the subconscious mind that truly governs our actions and behaviors. For example, when you were learning to walk or ride a bike as a child, you repeated the actions mechanically until you learned them, and then you no longer needed to consciously think about how to do it. The subconscious mind took over.
By the age of 7, our subconscious is largely formed, shaped by the beliefs and experiences we've encountered. This means that the education and beliefs we receive before the age of 7 largely determine the course of our life. For instance, children of wealthy parents are likely to remain wealthy because they grow up believing that money comes easily. Conversely, children from poor families are likely to remain poor.
Education system or the emotional deficiencies and even emotional abuse experienced in childhood creates an incomplete self-concept, leading to the formation of our unique subconscious mind. For example, if a child wants to buy a doll but their parents don't buy it for them, the child may develop a sense of unworthiness. These seemingly small incidents accumulate and create a fractured self-concept in the child's mind, leading to emotional obstacles in their later life.
As for how the subconscious mind governs our actions, let me give you an example: Suppose you want to start a business. This is your conscious desire. But your mind will analyze it based on your past experiences (the subconscious mind) and may come up with reasons why you can't do it, such as lack of startup capital or insufficient knowledge of the industry. Consequently, your subconscious mind prompts you to give up on the idea of entrepreneurship, and your action is to abandon it (of course, this is also related to the brain's tendency to seek reward and avoid harm).
The subconscious mind operates on a collective level as well, influenced by societal norms and cultural beliefs. This collective subconscious also influences our actions. For example, South Korea has low marriage and birth rates because Korean women tend to dislike men, which is an influence of the collective subconscious on the country. Of course, we are also influenced by the collective subconscious, such as East Asia's oppressive education and male chauvinism. I am just stating facts, not intended to provoke gender confrontation.
Reshaping the Self
Understanding the mechanisms of consciousness allows us to recognize the root causes of our limitations and challenges. By acknowledging our subconscious programming, we gain the power to change and reshape ourselves. Whether it's overcoming self-doubt, breaking free from limiting beliefs, or pursuing our dreams, we have the ability to create our reality. Through self-awareness and intentional action, we can align ourselves with higher frequencies and manifest the life we desire.
In a world where science and spirituality intersect, we find the keys to unlocking our true potential. By embracing the principles of quantum mechanics, psychology, and philosophy, we gain insights into the workings of the universe and our place within it. Remember, you are the author of your own story, capable of rewriting the script and creating a reality that aligns with your highest aspirations. Stay tuned for the next blog as we explore practical steps for self-transformation and growth. Until then, may your journey be filled with discovery and empowerment.
